- Details
The Queensland Government released the 2010-2011 Development Assessment Monitoring and Performance Program–Annual Report (DAMPP).
This report is putting the right systems in place to monitor the Integrated Development Assessment System (IDAS), to deliver new homes and community infrastructure faster.
This report uses statutory timeframes for processing development applications to monitor a group of 19 councils, state government departments and applicants.
This reporting process is an opportunity for both state and local government to work together to indentify ways to reduce approval timeframes, reducing costs to developers and contributing to housing affordability.
