Sustainable Planning Act forms and templates

These forms and templates have been created for use with respect to planning instruments and development assessment process under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

The approved Integrated Development Assessment System (IDAS) forms for development applications made on or after 18 December 2009 (the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 applies to these applications) are also available.
