It is important to create the departmental acknowledgement signs accurately.

1. Check what signs you need for your project.
2. Contact a signwriter in your local area to produce your signs.
3. To prevent damage to your permanent sign during construction, you can erect a temporary sign. This sign must be the same size as your permanent sign, however, can be one colour and created on corflute.
4. You must use the multi-colour artwork for permanent signs.
5. Ensure your signs are created from original artwork and not recreated or redrawn.
6. Ensure your signs are not reproduced at a smaller size than the specified minimum size.

You may not be able to open the artwork file that you require. However, you will be able to email it to your signwriter who will be able to open it using their specialised software.
